The best first: the device works well and covers the need. Above all, it is very quiet: if you do not actuate the spray gun, it is silent, and when you spray, the sound of the water is almost louder than the pump.
The worst thing then: the documentation. The printed 'Quick Start Guide' take the best away immediately - he wants to convince you that you need to the water line to connect any so'n expensive part. He is incomprehensible and incomplete. On a CD-ROM, a video comes to the assembly, which lies (installation of the drum is not done in 2sec; for the video they probably abraded the guide I needed 5min..) In addition, a manual in PDF format, which is halfway useful comes. But why you get two nozzles, you get out only when you tried: one is the pressure adjustable and provides a flat Frässtrahl; the other is non-adjustable and provides a fog image for as illegal stuff like washing cars on the street.
The medium in the middle: the design. The guide frame is plastic and unscherig. Ours was broken (return me was too much effort; Plastikkleber did it too.) A look at the K ... competition showed that there take on this task easy, practical aluminum rails. The drum looks virtually, but it is not: Although you can wind the high pressure hose on it, but you have to disassemble it (otherwise he twisted himself falschrum), and this effort is what Analfixierte or for exhibition in the store. Who needs the device once a week, is with loose winding (and connection left on the device) better off. In addition, the drum does not lock; it is just as primitive as possible running.
For the documentary a star is subtracted, and the loveless design a second. That's maybe a half star too little, because as I said, during operation, the device is accurate and useful. If the power cord is long enough in order to cover normal demand without extension cable, I would have to keep an eye and pressed to a star. But it is not. As I said, good enough that it works.
