The tensioning of the Leintuches went well, however, at least two (preferably three) people still needed. The overall impression after assembly of the canvas is by the matte frame very well. Canvas does not crease.
The Image:
Basically, the screen provides a good picture, but I had some problems in connection with my Epson EH-TW3200: The projector is mounted on the ceiling. In bright scenes could be seen in the upper third of the picture bright stripes. This image error but have been visible only in a sitting position. In a standing position or from a different viewing angle was the error has gone or shifted. Ie depending on the viewing angle this was evident.
Particularly irritating this image disturbance was in racing games where you could see the strip particularly strong in the sky by the movement (cornering). In scenes of error was also present, but this was not so disturbing through faster frame rates on.
Solutions:
Since I had scoured many forums, I made myself to the tinkering:
1) the white sloping wall surfaces (top floor) were partially darkened room with the blankets, to test whether this error is caused by light reflection - this is not the case, have been
2) There were tried different zoom levels of the projector - no change
3) Only by tilting the top of the canvas towards the viewer (so that the top third of the image surface at right angles to the field of view) could the effect be reduced or eliminated altogether. Unfortunately, the projector has no keystone adjustment that would be necessary for a wholly owned fit now.
Conclusion:
Maybe I was just unlucky with the projector-screen constellation, as I had found on the forums very few similar problems. And the suggested solutions like "buying a new canvas" were not helpful since I assembling and return again from AUT to DE would have been too expensive and complicated to me.
The fact is that I am in the end by some tinkering satisfied with the canvas, but because of my experience made the canvas can not fully recommend.
Why only three stars
