Had the item is sold send back because the torque is not allowed to adjust exactly. With my key the display was when the handle was turned to "0" always exactly between two values, so not really clear is whether the upper or lower set. Precise adjustment not possible for me and a general defect can therefore not be ruled out, a shame!
