inadvertent switching off the ignition and flutter

Set on a SV 650 S K1, one of the ballast causes an off position when switching code / headlights with breaking switching on and restarting the onboard electronics.
Reversing the two ballast appears to have fixed the problem but it is still abnormal.
indeed there a flicker with the supplied lamps but this phenomenon seems to disappear with other lamps (both invest more in better kit because another lamp game costs 10 minimum)
