What can you say about Scott Jurek? The man is a phenomenon which is not only an incredibly cool guy who is naturally tinged slightly ökomäßig, but he is the best ultra runners of the current millennium. But the successes, which are described in the book, are extremely impressive, but is really great to read exactly how he has come to this.
