The device looks really super quality; processed very noble, ultra-thin aluminum frame.
Image Quality:
The picture quality is simply superb. Deep blacks, rich and natural colors. Whether it 's TV / Bluray look or while gambling (PS4). Since this unit is my third TV already, I bought (previously LG 50LB650V, then Samsung UE50H6470; the LG directly back because very bad panel with DSE en masse; sold again for the same reasons the Samsung I >>> Samsung Service : grade 6 with asterisks ***** Absolutely beautiful !!!), which is at least so far the best TV of all tested.
Sound:
Since the device has an integrated sound bar, the sound is really above average. However, since I use a home theater system, this is not so relevant for me.
3D:
The passive Cinema 3D technology in this TV is just awesome. After Samsung with active shutter that is a feast for the eye and pleasant to look scary. Etc. No flickering and super quality.
WebOS:
Sure, you would have there a little potential to make the whole a bit faster, but that is for me anyway not a criterion for a purchase was and the menu navigation and the look is intuitive and easy.
CONCLUSION:
Previously strong buy recommendation !!! If that should change, I will add it here. But I think that you can recommend the device easily, especially for people who attach great importance to a clean image without illumination deficits or diseases such as excessive DSE or banding.
ADDENDUM:
So, now I could but a very minimal DSE notice, but at such a low level (very little and very homogeneous, not blotchy) that it does not really bother me; even while looking football makes the TV fun !!!
Clouding or Banding is non-existent!
Anyone familiar with the matter, who knows that NO LED TV, whatever the brand, is completely free of these problems. But you just have to try to achieve the best possible result and that's definitely for me this TV as well. For a comparison with Samsung etc. really is a difference like night and day.
Still: buy recommendation!
ADDENDUM II:
However, I have now but found huge problems after about 2 weeks. The DSE really has its limits, but now all horizontal lines have suddenly appeared (as if one bad TV reception) that stand out very clearly during camera movement. In addition, even a dark bar (like a shadow) in the lower area of the image appeared. I'm assuming that something is wrong with the panel, because at first had all the nothing to see. Fortunately, I have completed an additional guarantee and will complain about the unit now and let come to service. I'll post an update after the review here. I just hope the best.
