Because I realized is that you have to actively move, I go 2x a week in the gym or out jogging in warm weather.
My first impression was that you get a slight boost after taking heat. In my evening jog I noticed sweat more violent than usual. Thus, to recognize this is the metabolism is stimulated massively.
Sleep I could not tell because I take sleeping pills not just before (never after 18.00 clock).
After two weeks now use I can say that I have far less hunger and a weight loss of 4 kg is available.
I can not say how the weight loss in the subsequent weeks effect, am certainly positive about after the first two weeks.
