I bought on February 28 the "LG L9II" on Amazon. Shipping went really smoothly and the seller gave me the product in time for the shipping free.
I would receive the smartphone and grabbed it out directly. I was really fascinated by how handy the L9II for its 4.7 inches was. I started it directly and immediately stabbed me the ultra-sharp Full HD display eye. It was brilliant and some worlds better than the Samsung flagship S3 and S4, the almost.
With Android 4.1, the LG was in top form! There was no stuttering, no delay and the response from the device liked it very much! Everything was perfect for my needs:
This phase went for a while to the point when I had the device now four months! It was the Android 4.4 update for the LG L9II out from this point it was really still use and you could even ignore the small error in the new operating system. After a time the phone began on itself to use!
(It must be said, it was never dropped and IN A TUBE HANDLED!)
At first it struck me, when I plug in the headphones and tried to use. But without success, because at that moment the phone had its own life and expressed wild to himself. First, I wanted to push it to the new Android, but I put the unit back completely and the error was still.
Well I thought to myself, I still have warranty, just let the professionals of LG check your mobile phone! I did so immediately! I LG written directly using the contact form and the next day would receive a speedy reply that I should return the phone with the provided packet mark.
I did so well and it came within 2 days of when W support. (Supposedly a certified workshop for mobile phones, which has been certified for all mobile phone brands.)
Well it took 3 days and I would receive a code for the repair history. After 4.Reparaturtag I would receive back my phone. The error was a faulty component (the entire board has been changed).
I turned it on right and I was more or less clear that the information has been deleted are. However, in the repair report was a box for "Backup". Because I wondered why LG has not offered to me? I would have said nothing against the fee of 20 euros, but this was, however, concealed me. (The price for backup resulted from own research at LG).
Now the device was really properly three weeks with the newly played by LG Android 4.4. However, in the 4th week it happened again! The unit began to operate again in yourself and-actuated reboots and Pineingabe 3 times the emergency call. I came directly kidding ago by LG as such things can be even though the device is new to me. Added to this were the days also strong reception and speech problems during a call!
I wrote now out of frustration again LG via the contact form and got an answer the next day. I could it send it in for renewed technical inspection. Well, I did this again!
(As a replacement phone I use during which a Samsung Galaxy Wave 2, which without problems is still working after 2 years!)
I asked myself during the repair went vorran as the course. LG but told me this time with no repair procedure code or quest givers. However, this surprised me very much. However, I got the message that it usually takes 7 working days until the repair performed.
After the 7 days I would receive the unit back! However, an entirely NEW! I was really surprised, because I have not been informed that is. Similarly, there was no repair report as in the 1st repair.
Anyway, I tried just the unit to start and everything went well. AND NOW KOMMTS..ICH COULD not believe it myself!
The device showed after a week only the same problems as the primary FR. I was completely mad and wrote to LG as it may be that I could get a faulty phone back.
Now I wanted to return the device to EX-Tech after the 2nd rectification. However, I needed both repair report, but had only the first and second non-contact LG. So I wrote to LG after the 2nd report, waiting for the next day. But the wait should be no end !!!
LG did not report at hand and had to contact the company who repaired the phone. This happened today from 3 weeks ago! From now on I am still waiting for the report 2. Repair and getting any more answers from LG.
I now have a deadline to hand over LG me the report, (which almost always after the repair in the return shipping box containing SHOULD BE!) Otherwise I would pass the matter to my lawyer and sue for the money for the equipment!
But I still have to say that the unit in the early weeks after purchase, was really awesome! However, I advise against any of the LG Support!
EX-Tech, however, has to be contacted rapidly and the shipping was as I said smoothly good!
I will now wait and support now recontact with the hope to answer!
