Initially Super ... then unfortunately super bad Support

Since one Smart Fortwo CDI (451) has no on-board computer and I wanted to improve my drivability I have opted for this solution.
In combination with my smartphone Samsung Galaxy S3 + app Torque I now have even more like a board computer!
Am very begeister, highly recommended!
Why this OBD scanner: Honestly, the size was decisive for me.

Update 7/10/2014:
Unfortunately, the device has given up the ghost after 1.5 years. Bluetooth and thus the recognition of the smartphone no longer work.

Why do I screw the rating down:
The attempt to contact the dealer proved impossible. 3 attempts and any response!
Trying on Amazon -> dealers proved to be a flop. Amazon pointed to their own 90 days warranty, which unfortunately can not be held accountable for my case into consideration and DOT. Häää ??
What about the legal warranty of 2 years?
Why can a trader nor Amazon resell without any warning?

One of the reasons why I changed from Ebay to Amazon is now obsolete ... shame.
