This book is interesting. We have a view shared by the people who first practiced this fabulous discipline. But there are several things that bothered me: - Have this dual language in the book is that we lose a lot of space that could be better used to give us more information - The movements are very brief descriptions. I know the philosophy of Parkour is that everyone finds his way. But some people need more explanation on the basics before you can fully take ownership. I think it really lacks something at this level - The book format is really nice but what it is poorly exploited. We have large pages with small text above. What wasted space! It's a pity because again readers, considering the price of the book, deserved more descriptions, information or pictures while movements
I'm glad I bought this book but I really regret that it is so light. I expected much more.
