Far from the tricks and tools for "help managers" and allow them to "be effective", this book presents a long-term approach, based on the response to questions after all simple enough (what is our purpose in life, what does matter ...). The answers are to be provided by each, and are often very long to make. It's a deep dive to meet our own values and our motivation that this book invites us to do. Expect to take at least a year of reflection, looks in the mirror, and related readings to truly understand what it means. This book allows to perceive that some great figures of history (gandhi, anouar el Sadat ...) had in them to allow them to change the destiny of entire nations. I highly recommend it, knowing that the content is applicable to daily life, family, friends. That said, if you follow the advice in this book, you embark for a fight every day, every moment, and for long. The game is worth the candle ... On downside, I would say that some points remain unclear, and religious beliefs of the author sometimes emerge too and in some cases begin (for which there adheres not completely) the credibility of the process, even if in the end it remains interesting.
