I find it important to mention how much one weighs about. Of course, we read that there may be week to 5 kg /.
But that can not be bringing the 70kg on the scales. That was me before conscious, but one has yet hoped that it could be more than 2 kg / week.
So I weigh about 66 kg at 1.70. Somehow I have risen sharply within few months 4kg.
Since I have an underactive (thyroid), this also played a role. Since I never had great weight fluctuations I now wanted to work actively.
I've always eaten a lot, but also sports made max. 2x a week.
So I changed my diet in December and taken three weeks only 1300 calories to me.
It does not have much brought slowly and I panicked.
Mich annoyed already in the magazines the Almased advertising. After a colleague and comments here, I thought: Try it.
The concept made sense. The instructions I found really great and consistent.
I bought the UK-intestinal flora and the base powder. The should be really bought. One can partly not refer to the toilet and on the basis of the diet acidifies the body. By taking the base powder in water the body comes back into balance. However, you do not necessarily buy the products mentioned. Is also conveniently Drogiermärkten.
I had read a lot of flavor, but it was fine. Unfortunately, I drank it with milk which was even thicker. Tip: Water!
The taste is OK and you get used to it very quickly. It somehow tastes for grain with a sweet finish (honey).
I must say: I think it's shocking how many formally scream here after an artificial flavor. Especially when a diet is something very counterproductive.
Informs you please on flavorings (including yeast extract or called) and natural flavors that are not. If you're at it: glutamate and Aspertam! Really not nice stuff now buzzing in our food everywhere.
The 14-day program:
1-3 days 3x Almased and only broth is allowed.
I have to but a real vegetable soup (no Maggie etc!) Eat, otherwise I would not be able to persevere.
It is very tired and sometimes you get a headache. In the work really very difficult because I could hardly concentrate.
But I could tell in the 3 days that what did on his trousers. Pure motivation! But hunger was my constant companion.
4-8 Days
2x Almased and once regular food. I had taken at the end of Day 8 1.5 kilos.
I had then visit and was reckless. After 3 days, visit one kilo was back on it, though I had not eaten much (was not because the stomach was very small).
Conclusion: Unfortunately I have not pulled. You get weird like to regular food (not at all times Sweet) and evening growling stomach. One can not afford large errors, otherwise the work is quite fast for naught.
Actually, I thought that I can pull it off well. Now I start again, but will fast to only one day with Almased. Then I go on to Phase 2.
Therefore tip from me: Seek out absolutely anything what motivates you. Evening necessarily provide soup, since one often has cravings. Cinnamon in your coffee, sweets etc. (as we are but unfortunately again the artifice)

If you only think about food: If a one day by her eating in moderation that what you will. Then one can back the next day to 2x Almased and insert it a Almased fasting. For me it is the only way to work around my desire to keep them under control.
