It runs again - or I walk again!

About 4 weeks ago I had while running suddenly knee pain, could run no longer 2km. Visit the orthopedist and MRI with no real results. Was suspected ITBS. After 2 weeks of operation Pause, tablets, ointment and Kräftigung- and stretching program to improve the daily life was felt, however, threw me the first running test again painful back. In various forums I had stumbled upon the recommendation of the knee belt and have it simply appointed times.

And I must say I am pleasantly surprised! I am now running 2x and thus could go walk without pain again. Hab still tested no great distance, but 6km were not a problem. This small band is very unobtrusive and yet one has the feeling that the knee is supported. And it really seems to bring something, even after that I had no pain. The strengthening and stretching I maintain, however.

Conclusion: In any case the purchase is recommended, and the test does not hurt! Certainly not a panacea, the inflammation should subside before first and consult a doctor. But I am very satisfied and confident that I can run my old tracks again soon!
