It's ... a console

Just in time for 29.11. I received my PS4, connected and everything works without any faults.
Since the system in itself everything has been said, I consider myself relatively short and go a only on the important points for me:

** Controller **
Is great in your hand, no more than the old DS3.

As for me, however - subjectively interfere is the grip of the analog sticks, which can be a bit slippery for longer Zocksessions. Otherwise, however, finally suited for large hands.

** ** Dashboard
Intuitive and clear. Partly kept very simple, sometimes too simple.

Is a fancy dashboard, which currently, however, no customizations allowed as own wallpapers example. So you have not yet to the very plain and boring becoming light blue content. Through a software update, the individualization of the dashboard should be possible in the future but hopefully.

The dashboard acts - compared to the PS3 - now all of a piece and the back and forth between different programs goes smoothly and swiftly from hand.

** ** PSN
The integration of the social network functionalities, the PSN will appear much more friendly and filled with much more life. It remains to be seen whether the cherished features of PS3 Times (free monthly top title as part of the PS + range) will be continued in the form.

If, then, the first top title but certainly find their way to the PS + games only in the earliest two years.

** Games **
The games offer is not yet clear, but this should not be penalized.
We are still at the beginning of the PS4 lifecycle and each must / should have the clear.

** Conclusion **
Super System, which particularly benefited by the social network functionalities and thus - apart from the previous generation - in addition to the significantly better hardware.
