The service from Amazon was as always good.
The Reinigungsdvd I bought for my laptop after it has not detected any more DVDs. The DVD has on the bottom two very soft brush to clean the lens. I let it go through three times. After that, my laptop has recognized without any problems DVDs. Only this animation are supposed to play was not with me, no idea why, but it is not a problem has indeed still working.
