Two songs pre-date 1967 (Michelle and Yesterday) and One Song, My Love, is a Paul McCartney song from SoonAfter the split. Hey Jew plus one track from Magical Mystery Tour and two each from Sergeant Pepper, Abbey Road and Let It Be, make up the album.
Many of the songs are done at a slower pace than the Beatles did them - Michelle in Particular (is not this an odd song for a lady to sing - lists but nevermind, her version is well worth a?) - So even if You've heard all the songs before, Mina's versions are somwhat different.
The only thing I do not like is the cover, but I do not like the cover of Revolver either. In Both cases, the quality of the music is what counts. I do not know a lot about Mina's music and on the strength of this album I'd like to hear a lot more, whatever language she sings in. This is essential for Beatles fans and covers Mina fans, and highly Desirable For Those of you who are simply curious.
