Unfortunately, the first delivered key board was damaged. A corner was chipped. After I contacted because of returning the seller to get a return receipt I was put off at first and asked for pictures of the damage. Then they offered me a discount if I keep the damaged key board. This I refused and again passed time until the agent had discussed how to proceed with the boss. I then got a new key board sent, which was made this time in a healthy state. In my view, the clarification took a bit too long. (6AT) uncomplicated replacement I imagine differently. Therefore, a star deduction.
