I took the 5k running program on my phone and then always make everything by hand one, as it dictates the app. By connecting a cable to the phone or Tab or the music player, you can also listen to his favorite music while jogging on the built-in speaker, or like me, his Appanweisungen with the music. The device runs on electricity, a switch below the belt turns the band. If you did not run a long time, the unit automatically switches to sleep mode.
