Handling:
The film is as usual placed and reared in the conservation of the film holder. Everything as we know it from the past. The film rewinds while cleanly and snaps neatly into the movie recording catches the camera.
Development:
I have digitally develop the film at 6 megapixels let (AgfaPhoto GmbH D-lab.2 / 3), so no direct prints from the negatives. The results correspond to my expectations, the resolution of digital prints with 6 megapixels corresponds to the results of a DSLR. The visual impression is classic film with very light grain, high contrast and balanced color reproduction. In my view a film, which is ideal for landscape shots.
Paper prints:
No difference in the resolution on 10x15cm paper print in a comparison of images of a DSLR Pentax Kr and Apple iPhone G3 was found. From the colors of the Kodak film stands out positively, looks more like postcard as the deductions from other digital cameras.
Conclusion:
A beautiful color film with decent color reproduction.
My Recommendation:
Clearly, I can recommend this film to anyone who wants to work with color negative film. A digital scan with 6 megapixel resolution is preferable an expensive photo lab development. This old way of development with their advantages and disadvantages may at any time be made subsequently with the negatives, z. B. for shots that are very well done.
The digital scanning in an ordinary laboratory provides very good results, ranging from my point of view for all types of deductions to 20x30cm.
