Kundenservie is for the company a foreign word

Too bad that I have not seen the more there is the pavilion on Amazon. Otherwise I would not buy because of the reviews.
The pavilion I have acquired in late April on a different platform. Came the Pavilion in their own packaging which is reasonably stable. The workmanship and materials at Plane (holes at the seams of the Velcro straps etc.) and linkage (very thin walls) are barely acceptable for the price.
However, the feet and the herrings are a bad joke.
Not quite two weeks ago, we then built the pavilion for the first time. At night the wind is then sprung up and has the pavilion did not survive. Overall, 8 rods were bent. 5 of them irreparably and all plastic connectors were broken. Ok. Must we stop order a few spares. Annoying. But no doomsday. I thought at least until I access my mail request to the so-called customer service was told. The response from the "Customer" is not to beat on arrogance and Kundenunfreundlichkeit:
