Lack of quality and after-sales services nonexistent

It had all started very well. Super handwriting recognition. Good connection with different computers. Brief delighted.
After ten pages, the scanned area started to reduce and the product has become unusable. This is probably a wrong number. It happens. Where it becomes very disappointing is when it comes to have a return of service. He is contactable in line and after 4 messages still no response after 3 weeks.
It's unfortunate and frankly not very commercial
