In the game, up to eight players (we were six) to program his robot with maps as to possible to bring him to where he should go. Each round there are new hand of cards for programming. The five steps are programmed each simultaneously uncovered and dealt with by all the players. Although I had good cards in hand and my robot should land directly on the secure checkpoint, he was pushed by a teammate in between times on a conveyor belt and lands at the end of the round somewhere else - crap! So reschedule. Luckily my laser has another still missed at least one point of damage and he gets instead of the nine hole cards only eight!
The game is absolutely great fun - especially for strategists. You have between often plan times upside down, as the robot is the other way around, as show the hole cards. This is very tricky and you come before the embarrassment of having to put a wrong card. The English version has everything in German (which is only used there) was spread over two games (base game + expansion). The manual is very simple and also for people like me (which only some basic command of English) course. In a pinch, but found the German manual in PDF format on the network (because there are small changes - for example, the robot lasers are only given as an option).
Thumbs up! And let the game quietly first run before a judgment is made. Players who know Space Alert, find the cards a similar principle - only the time pressure is gone.
For the price you get a bunch of fixtures that make it fun to try out. This allows you to extend the game - the plans can be combined namely well.
