Lifetime: November 2013-June 2014. Product Replacement warranty in progress ...

We bought this gas lighter in November 2013.
We thought because of its price, it would last at least 10 years.
It is June 2014 and the piezoelectric ignition system passed away.
We contacted the dealer "ALL THE HEADS" for the conditions for us to replace or repair the gas lighter warranty.

I have a serious doubt on the willingness of a dealer from whom we have not purchased the product to ensure after-sales service. Especially if our history our "Amazon" purchases allows us to obtain a copy of the order form, we do not have the ability to edit the invoice. We do not know if it was enclosed with the product on delivery.
A product to avoid at all costs for its unreliability and the difficulty has to run the warranty.

Following steps June 17, 2014
We asked ALL HEADS invoice of the product he provided us by email.
We then contacted the nearest dealer we also said by email
by sending the invoice and our request by fax.
We then contacted by telephone and to our surprise, it told us
he would contact us in 5 to 10 days as soon as he received a replacement gas lighter.

FYI, the manual of this product mentions a 5 year warranty.
