We asked ALL HEADS invoice of the product he provided us by email.
We then contacted the nearest dealer we also said by email
by sending the invoice and our request by fax.
We then contacted by telephone and to our surprise, it told us
he would contact us in 5 to 10 days as soon as he received a replacement gas lighter.

FYI, the manual of this product mentions a 5 year warranty.
It is therefore not in the lifetime warranty mentioned in the site's home page Roesle:

Our gas lighter was eventually replaced quickly with a very good contact with the local store.
