Light color is specified incorrectly

I wanted to use these bulbs in my 3-armed table lamp.
Unfortunately, the light color corresponds to about 4000k, and therefore not for me to use in the living area!
I have good benchmarks:
In the bathroom are excl halogen lamps -. Halogen = 3000K
In the kitchen as a work light 840 fluorescent = about 3000K
These bulbs have a much higher proportion of blue ..
Would she no longer buy.
Brightness and price is ok

I have now tried the closet to replace the cellar etc. my 40W incandescent bulbs with these bulbs, but had much less brightness.
I can understand the ratings, "replaces a 40W bulb" do not understand. This Eindruch arises verm. By the high proportion of blue (wavelength) !!!
The factory specifications 230 lumens agree certainly.
A 25W bulb equivalent to 220 lm
a 40W bulb equivalent to 415 lm
They consequently corresponds to (mathematically) about a 26,25W bulb.
