Customer Review

From vorherein I must say that I am a very strong preloaded NU-Metal trailer and bands like Slipknot, KoRn and Linkin Park have influenced my musical taste over the years. How can you best describe the newest slice of Linkin Parker? The disc starts with a very atmospheric intro "Wake" and then hammering the same with "Given Up" to dust off the shelf. But then, anyone who likes harder pace first time a huge shock name "Leave out all the rest". The song is not bad, it is now simply not the Linkin Park that one would have expected (as well as "Hands Held High", "Valentine`s Day" and "In Between" because the latter only Mike can be heard and on top of it and not raps but only slightly to himself breathed) But should not that mean these songs are bad, quite the contrary, the new musical orientation shows the creativity of the band and their talent for songwriting. Now the firecrackers of the CD, What I`ve Done, No more sorrow, etc. are correct headbangers and want a simple no longer go from the ear canals. On the whole, the record is very good and also makes a whole lot of humor (if you come with the new style in harmony)
