The battery runs for 3 hours, am so got through the whole day of skiing.
The camera makes a nice Full HD image, the frame rate and performance are compared to the Ghost-S slightly slimmed down (is also a lower price). Also have nice photos and time-lapse taken next to the films that I've loaded directly via app on your mobile phone.
What impressed me most at Drift cameras by far, is the rotating lens.
You can see the camera at any angle assemble and easy to rotate after the lens into place. Thus, you always have a straight image because the sensor rotates inside the lens. This (and the double battery life) is also of great advantage to a GoPro, because you have to assemble the upright.
Generally you just noted in drift that all handling is much more intuitive and more user-friendly. Especially in combination with the remote control, the camera is great because of the screen and the LEDs on the remote control will always light in the same color and so display the current mode.
In sum a really cool Action Cam, who will accompany me from now on, probably more often. The only drawback: Because it takes for the camera no housing, it comes at higher speeds (motorcycle, etc.) to wind noise. This effect can be eliminated, however, if one takes the micro-sensitivity all the way down or - as with GoPro - a waterproof housing At length.
Nevertheless: 5/5 stars!
