I ordered a few days ago my rig. Kam also quite fast. All parts were individually packaged and tidy. Then when unpacking I noticed, however, comprises:
- The shoulder pad (fixed foam) was already torn
- The screws were already some scratches
- The painting of the quick-release plate is very rough, feels bad
- A holder of the Matte Box was canceled

I have the whole then sent back immediately. For 180 but then too much.
Get me the day again ordered another model in the hope that I can then catch a better.
After all: the Follow Focus and processing of pipes was good. Just as the rescission from Amazon itself.

That's why 2 out of 5 stars.
