I've never been a big fan of high fantasy, but for some reason the Gesammtdesign feels consistent on. One has the feeling that Hakim easily fit into this world. Also a feared me Level monotony, I can after 3 hours of playing time, did not confirm.
The graphics are very nice to look at. Equally and otherwise, I would have liked the graphic in dark sous 2.
Blowing snow and fire look attractively, the shadows fall prancing about objects and armor can be regarded that they are difficult. The area is breathtakingly beautiful consistently rendered.
I've even caught as I wandered with the look in the distance to throw a glance to distant mountain ranges.
The combat system is how to Dark Souls level - well thought out, easy to remember, sometimes demanding and rewarding - but more slowly. Hakim moved themselves on the lowest weight step unusually slow, but that leaves a very unique feel that compared to Dark Souls, certainly feels more realistic.
Nevertheless, the whole combat action feels much heavier. This is partly due to the powerful blows of the enemy, the cause also like to hurt despite upscale shield, but also partly on the Move Sets the Main Characters.
All animations are smooth as silk, quite accuratly and contribute much to the credibility.
Some special moves were straight over, so is possible to parry enemy even at LOTF, resulting counter-attacks to beautiful. As Hakim for the first time with one hand claw at an enemy, Wolverine in the best manner, comes eingestürtzt, I could not help but grin.
Who personalization options, such as looking in Dark Souls, will be slightly disappointed. Hakim is the only playable character, which you can then deck out with fresh found equipment. Right now I can complete the wealth of objects not judge, but it is emerging that the selection could turn a little smaller than its big brother. In my playing time of 2 h I for each of the initial weapon type 2 weapons can muster.
The story is currently practical and is told very linear.
Lords of the Fallen has even earned by diehard fans Souls recognition. While it is not Dark Souls, but you could watch the game as little brother, the so overworked that you really want to have loving to him and which is in its own way especially.
For a long time I did not have such a flow of the fighting, the area has so much impressed me and the souls .... Ahem ... excuse Experience collect myself so motivated to do not want to put the controller partout out of hand.
