The tagliatelle work great with any conventional sauce. If you follow the normal cooking still mitkocht the pasta a few minutes in the sauce, then take them to the super sauce and the difference to normal pasta is barely recognizable.
Another practical feature is if you buy large quantities that they do not have in the fridge.
