Luxury at a high level

I must say in advance that this is my first ever fully automatic coffee machines in. Unfortunately I have no comparisons or experiences fully automatic. Before, I have always changed from Dolce Gusto for Senseo and after a couple of times to me the coffee had always been too boring. My big dream to own a fully automatic machine has now herewith complies.

Positioning / unpacking:

The unpacking and setting up the machine went easily and without manual. Some things I was indeed unsafe but I'm a guy who simply makes and attempts.

Commissioning:

Filling the beans went easy and self-explanatory. I was a bit surprised that the aroma lid just as it was. However, he carries out his service and the flavor does not outwardly. In itself very positive. Also the feed tube for the separate ground coffee is extra flavor from cover. I can only welcome positive. This machine looks with your Chrome very noble and conjure me a smile. The cup warmer I find something useless because of the long takes to become warm. Until then, I'm dying of thirst;)

As some here munieren that you could damage the chromium while removing the water tank, I can not agree. He floats quasi, the pull, on the chrome. The volume in the water tank is sufficient because it still conjures up some cups of coffee for me. As I have previously read, the taste spoils the water filter the coffee, I have not even installed him. That means I prepare my coffee without water filter to. When you first start I was a bit shocked at first because the machine so hinratterte right. The shock, however, was quickly dispelled and we got used to it. But what is not now that the machine is noisy. The Senseo was, after always been quieter)

When switching on and off of the machine, it cleans by itself and gives off water. I find that more than positive because I am what the Hygiene As always always a bit fussy. In the Dolce Gusto and Senseo me was the very offensive because you constantly had to clean the machine after a while, after each tab / capsule.

Settings / Preparation

The machine has a lot of settings so that I can also very welcome again. Whether it is the temperature of the hot water or the water hardness in the machine, you can set everything precisely. What can I welcome very positive is that the amount of water to the respective types of coffee in the instructions. In the individual coffee settings can vary the amount of water itself and the machine keeps track of the amount next time. What a clever little machine.

Display

The display is clear and self-explanatory. What I unfortunately only a pity find that does not permanently lit time. It lights up only briefly when turning the machine on and goes out again when the machine is operating. What I find very good that you can instantly change the strength the knob by pressure. There are 3 requirements (mild, normal, strong).

Milk nozzle

With the milk nozzle I must be a bit warm. The cappuccino function works quite well. The foam is firmly behind and pitched the milk beautiful. In the hot milk function well all goes well. However, I have the feeling that in both species, the milk is very diluted. Is that with you as well? Generally, I take 3.5% milk before they will even still has a milky flavor. The clean is also very simple and straightforward. The two parts are removed and rinsed under hot water. So it should be.

Coffee taste

I have left the factory setting with coffee grade 5. The beans must be the right sort, to find out for themselves. I swear on my yes Tchibo beans. When latte macchiato or cappuccino I choose basically the strong espresso in the machine. The other two functions (mild and normal) leaves the coffees just taste too bland. I have glasses with 300ml volume. Because it fits perfectly. But that's all a matter of taste, I think.

Conclusion

As you already read I'm very happy with this machine. Although there are some improvements here and there but on the whole the machine is super. I have before buying literate here and therefore the choice has fallen on this machine. I regret nothing. For me was generally only one machine with milk nozzle in question, because the milk container I find something of unhygienic and the effort of cleaning easy, too expensive for me. Here in this machine absolutely everything and it makes me happy. Hope to have helped you a bit when deciding.
