I cherhais a book "beginner", but "adult" for my 10 year old son who cooks more and looking to learn techniques to perhaps one day become a cook.
I'll give him at Christmas, and I'm anxious to see if his eyes will marvel as much as me: - Nice layout, - Beautiful pictures, - Simple explanations, - Fun to browse ...
In short, if it's a hit, I will continue the series!
