Dear Amazon team, My wife has sinusitis they chronically plagued since years. In Dr. Mergolas post we hear about the Manuka Honey. Since I did not know exactly which product should I order Nu, I have next to the Active Manuka Honey MGO 400 / UMF 20+ and 4 Tubas "Medical Grade Manuka Honey" Purchased on March 21, 2012. Now, the tubes were not what we could use for sinusitis, it is more intended for wound treatment. But the Manuka Honey MGO 400 / UMF 20+ is the second largest honey to eat (in very small portions as 1 pinch of, for example several times: 5 times a day) against Chronic sinus inflammation (sinusitis =) works wonderfully.
