Many small bug in the program

I originally bought the version 17. A major problem is the native Explorer window - after first reading the files it stores the data in the database and works from then only from the database. If you change the properties of the song files, you can not tell if the changes were made only in the database or even in the actual files on the storage medium - and so the MAGIX program then displays often simply a false state.
Umlauts in ID tags are not supported (eg. As ä, ü, ó, etc.), even though the program is working with the ID3 version 2.4, and this format UTF-8 and UTF-16 actually supports. Too Bad. Nor is it possible to save ID3 tags in version 2.3 - Windows 7 and various MP3 devices can not find the version 2.4 viz.
Online support at Magix can forget: requests to program problems will be answered even after several concretely formulated questions with standard texts and analysis programs that you should install. Eventually I got simply the new version MX sent as a download.
And: The new version has exactly the same mistakes! Over time, I then realized that the program indeed provides very extensive functions, some (of all the useful) it but does not work (eg. As storing file name masks) or the processing is carried out only partially correct (z. B. operation on several marked files apply)! Some program options that you change are not saved and reset after a new load of the program again.
Overall, the program is very unreliable - you just do not know if it performs the desired processing is complete and correct. Only the conversion quality is fine.
