Pasta Machine Atlas engine is optimal and easy to use, negative assessments are not understandable for me (it is not jerky, parts are easy to assemble and you have 2 hands free for the noodles). I have long wondered and researched and chose this machine with the engine and this can I Recommend 100%. Reordering is more expensive and also you do not know how many people have (from the reviews) is subsequently requested or ordered an engine! Tip 1: order the noodle stand to only can cope with the quantity produced with fun pasta to dry Tip 2: pasta with 1/2 amount durum wheat semolina, and experiment with everything you can think of eg thickness, thin or wide noodles with eggs, herbs, pasta from wild garlic and basil and, and ...
