Mieses phone meets poor service

I torture myself for months now with this sloppy-made mobile phone and the inadequate customer "service" of Nokia around (that responds quickly but never helpful). Small list of the shortcomings of this so-called. Phone complacent?
- Keys stop working after a few months already; for example, incoming calls can not be accepted in part and the menu button it will not operate
- Arbitrary change in the "contacts" feature
- The zoom bar spins despite the latest firmware - Navigation maps and photos back wildly, making it unusable.
