Did my son paid a tablet and extra equipment ordered to protect. Tablet fell and glass was broken. Processing by mail and collection device for repair was timely. But now for over 12 weeks, I run after my tablet or refund, and no longer logs on request. Not even an acknowledgment. Pay now unfortunately have to turn to a lawyer. So as not to be recommended!
