The blender worked well, price ok. Unfortunately the blender base jump (plastic) and I could not get a replacement part. War in any specialist trade and have sent e-mail inquiries by Internet companies to distribute the Russell Hobbs. Was time-consuming, but fruitless. Had the whole thing to bring electronic waste. A pity.
