Modern CRM!

I have this cable provided a few weeks ago with a rating of one star because it was unfortunately defective and therefore unusable. Based on my review, an employee of CSL Computer has reported via comment function and offered me help in the form of a fixed-point of the support. After an approx 3min phone call and the description of my problem giving me a customer-friendly solution was immediately available! Within 2 value Agen I had a new cable in the mail. The new cable works and does everything it should ...
Production errors may occur from time to time ... Nothing is perfect. If the product given due to this fact, 4-star, but this positive support experience, I give up on it a star.
