I was disappointed on delivery of the product. The coffee was delivered on time but the packaging is managed d e t e rior ed Courier Centre - Parcels of MANS - Vauguyon and repaired on site. Too bad, at the opening of the box the coffeepot was not properly packed, the tissue paper was packed at the bottom of the box and the box at the completely torn spout. The coffee maker also has a small defect in the chimney where the coffee comes out, the metal is not fully perforated. Today, everything is fine, I chose a very good Italian coffee, and the result is excellent.
