As an electronics I do not want the cheapest that can be measured. Compared to my calibrated 5 half-points voltmeter this section quite well from the measured values. The favorable AAA-cells to supply are also meaningful, as 9V block. The isolated short legs can unscrew what is practicable at lower voltages. The ground cable (black) needs a strong pressure upon insertion (push in all!), Otherwise there is no safe contact for PenType MM. Unfortunately, it fits no longer good in the practical bag (tips press strongly against the tab), but is still ok. The plastic used makes a robust impression. I would recommend it for cars, outdoor use or household use without restriction.
