Our old office chairs were no longer the hit and so this new acquisition is necessarily an improvement. We were so pleased that such have direct preorders. Construction is easy. The processing is "China-like". The "welds" unclean, but not / barely visible. Who wants a clean finish should take distance thereof. For everyday use, the product is subject to this price definitely ok. Hence 4 stars. A higher price would in my view not appropriate here.
