Navi prima, maps grottig

With the newly acquired Navi (March 2015) I wanted to replace my old TomTom. First, the positives: The device complies with the technical forth all my wishes, the calculation is fast, the street names etc. generally well understood, the TMC works (today was piloted already a traffic jam around).
A big minus but for maps or its topicality: Two roads I befahre almost daily, are not recognized - a beltway (L238n), which was opened in May 2014 is also missing as the new section of the A4 between Düren and Cross Kerpen, which was released in September 2014. Card is the TomTom Europe 2014.3, allegedly (according to software Blue_Up) there is no update yet (ie the same level as the purchase), and the customer service shrugs (Quote:. "Here it is currently not expected to update When a Update is available, is not known to us. "). Sorry, but an existing road for 10 months and released for 6 months motorway (the "drawn" in the other, so visible, but is not navigable!) I do not call in the short term.
Unfortunately for me a bad buy because the real intention of getting updates material was NOT met, therefore 2 star deduction. If an update is finally made available, I can it gladly update yet - until then I am disappointed with the outdated material!
