My first was a KVA Incanto. The 2 1/2 years after having given up the ghost. Since Saeco actually has a good name, I have done my Odea Giro. The design I loved and then the ceramic grinder. After almost 3 months in which I had to descale the machine already 2x (!), She indicated a mistake and I was able to bring them in repair. She was more than 2 weeks away, supposedly the grinder was broken. I got them from the repair back (angebl. Saeco licensed workshop) and the knob for the steam was broken. I've had to go back the machine and got it but then after a further 2 weeks back. From then on, the coffee no longer tasted, was not really hot. A decent crema I did not get from the beginning. Shortly before Christmas, was again not so funny, there was no more coffee, just a disgusting black dishwater. So the machine for the third time to repair. The past few months came out something similar tasted like coffee. For a machine in this price range disappointing. Then 4 weeks before re no longer make coffee. When I brought the machine to the dealer was there a young woman with the same machine, which already was 3x in repair also. The dealer has then phoned Saeco and wanted both machines for troubleshooting. I have let me back the money and own for 1 week a KVA Siemens. Conclusion:
+ Great design
- Constantly broken (see above) - Had to constantly replenish water (to small water tank) - Coffee is not really hot - No Crema - 1 warning light for 3 possible errors (Happy hunting)
