It's a shame that, at the Best of mostly songs from "Grosse Freiheit" and "city lights" are on it but hardly any from previous album. So you do not get proper overview of the works of Count. Most likely, this Best Of is addressed to the new fans. I myself know Unholy only since 2010 and was immediately blown away by his music that entire album "Grosse Freiheit" I liked it very well. That was the reason to bring me his previous works. Especially "celluloid" and "puppet" is his best album. I can absolutely understand the old fans, the songs were emotional, varied and most profound example (witch hunt, your clown, Look in my face, throat, Promised Land, Human Heart, My King). The songs of Unholy live mainly from text that stimulate always to think and therein lies the problem of the new album. "City Lights" was too shallow and the two new songs are 08/15 Pop tooting and so vacuous that it hurts to hear that. I myself belong to the new fans but, I have to honestly say the earlier songs were better. Probably Unholy will no longer return to old strength. Otherwise I göhne Count his success only, I hope that he also makes music again for the old fans.
