No regrets, but some apprehensions

I bought these headphones to use with my iPhone 4S and my MacBookPro.
Why this choice? My brother had since its release, and always use! The only damage he observed was on the inside of the helmet foam (not the headphones) that disintegrates. I wonder about the usefulness of this foam, anyway.
Positives of the helmet:
- Work on my Mac and my iPhone
- Rendering the sound is top
- Rather practical with its touch control (once you understand how it works)
- 2 hours charging time offer about a "day of music work": metro morning + work - duration of lunch + dinner metro (with a lot of noise in my bullpen, I have to keep all the time to be able to concentrate)
- Stylish design and "high tech"
Negative points:
- When I wear glasses, that greenhouse :(
- The system extinguish order to turn it off, you have to close it, but I have to "force". Not sure it fits in the long run, but my brother did not have to worry since all this time, maybe I'm just imagining things => good, that's not all quite a downer.
- It took a little rain the other day. The next day, the burden has fallen faster for the same use. Two days after the loss of power was not a distant memory, but I wonder if this episode happen, with or without rain.
