I'm not a great connoisseur of the genre but I read a lot of SF book, fantasy, fantastic. I have read the twilights and I liked to immerse myself in this teenage love story (or close), which reminds you of your first love and how well your heart can désemparente pounding for not much. After that I wanted something more adult, less smooth and less classic and always about vampires. Much to my disappointment! More adult in appearance, it is less smooth but ultra clear shot. To summarize, my vision, twilight is romeo and juliet the vampire sauce, southern community is the busty blonde, scatterbrained, who works at the bar road and obviously is attracted bad boys, all the vampire sauce. We go into cliché cliché, little or no mystery, we are bored by reading it. At best it's trash.
After what is sure is easy to read. I read the 1st and 2nd tome thinking it can be put a little time to start and be interesting but not really.
I read lots and lots of stories in several volumes and although I did not always read a very good book, I've never stopped in a reading, curiosity and the desire to finish the story is always more strong. Stronger than a reading difficult (ancient language, pompous text or description to no end), a not super exciting history etc ... all because there was always a small few interesting things . In this one nothing has managed to restrain myself ...
