I downloaded an update. Subsequently, the first 10 months old program fuktionierte no longer properly.
Unfortunately, I once decided on the purchase of the download version. Now I can not reinstall the program.
So the support from Nuance called. Hung 17 min. On hold, only to hear from the call center staff member that I can buy for 4.50 EUR a "Extended Download Service". So I am forced to buy these in order to use this software can! UNBELIEVABLE !! From me no recommendation for this software developer!
