In the documentary "Camp Armadillo" is in my opinion one of the best documentaries I have ever seen. First of all, the highest respect for the cameramen who filmed himself in battles always on site, or producers and the director, who are smart enough to use images of the helmet cameras of soldiers when their own cameramen only lie in the mud and now times really can not shoot, because hell is going on around it. That must create one first. The cut is terrific - you can easily understand each story arc, even if there is a mix of cameras on site at the battlefield, cameras in the store (this includes the recording of the drone Raven) and helmet cameras of soldiers. This sounds obvious, but it's not - especially not in a documentary. About the statement of the film, everyone must make his own opinion, but the title of my review should clarify to whom this documentary is not addressed. Those looking for action and Geballer who finds enough products from home Hollywood who want to see an intelligent made, as much as possible only objectively held documentary, this is the place. And quite frankly, I found it far more exciting, here to see the patrols in the documentary as well as just the allerspanendsten War. Why? Because this documentary shows GENUINE situations. You have to always keep in mind.
I asked myself while looking again and again how I would have reacted in the situation shown. I know it very well: my business in my pants ... fear. Therefore again: the highest respect for the cameramen!
