Unfortunately, I was just under 2 months disabused.
The initially very nice hard mattress had lost loose 2 degrees of hardness.
The attempt to turn the mattress did not need success.
So the mattress was a complaint.
After a telephone conversation with the company, it was found that the foam probably has problems with moisture.
It was recommended to me a topper of moisture not the mattress can be carried.
So I bought a topper which had a moisture barrier.
The core of the mattress and the topper was then exchanged was used.
At first all was well again but after a few weeks I noticed again that the mattress lost its hardness.
I waited a few weeks and wondered what it could be.
Slatted frame has a bar distance of just 3cm. Because it can not be ever.
Topper was used thus was no moisture on the mattress.
So the fault must lie on foam.
I complained for the 2nd time the mattress and was promptly called by the manufacturer.
The company Ravensberger wanted to withdraw from the purchase agreement.
So far so good, then I was asked what I would imagine as compensation.
I just did not turn but then said 200th
At a purchase price of 216 I found this more than OK.
But the person on the other end did not like that and it ended pretty quickly
Call.
Why should you suffer a loss if one is not at fault at the fault of the mattress?
Actually, this one would have to ask the company to Topper still charged because obviously
Also nothing to the poor quality of the foam varies.
Well there happens to every person almost 2 liters of fluid secretes at night I advise personally on the purchase of this mattress.
I hope that is not someone falls with this mattress on the nose
