Use is as straightforward as with most food processors. However, the noise level, the small machine is on its own, not to be despised. Why the need to be so loud, can not really open up to me. Is there yet larger and more powerful machines that spread far less noise. But since you do not use such machines for hours, can the noise level almost negligible current unless one works like while others are sleeping, or is very sensitive to volume.
Otherwise, the machine what to make: rub, or grate. Without grumbling they grates carrots, potatoes, or parmesan. Even cucumbers are wonderful sliced. In peppers, however, the little machine has problems. Because is not grated, not rubbed. The pepper was only angeraspelt and was then slightly squished between cutting inserts and sheathing. Thanks to the very easy disassembly was removing the peppers remains a problem.
Even with something harder vegetables you notice on the machine that they sometimes have to struggle. It is not simply grated, but you have already properly exert pressure so that the knife inserts can do their job.
Although all this sounds not optimal, there are 4 stars for the small machine. Of course, there are machines that can all much better and more comfortable. These machines will cost but also at least 2-3 times as much as this machine from Russel Hobbs. And for an occasional use enough this small, economical machine definitely. But if you want a regular vegetables, hard cheese, or rub potatoes, grate should you would rather spend a few more euros.
